Returns, Exchanges & Cancelations
Purchases from The Farm Store:
If you are disappointed with your purchase we will gladly exchange or refund it. Please mail unused merchandise back to us at the below address by any insured, trackable method, or visit us in person at the Center. If you return by mail please be sure to include your packing slip.

Events and Programs:
Program reservations may be canceled up to 48 hours in advance for a full refund. No refunds will be given after that time. Programs are held rain or shine, although programs may be canceled in the case of lightning. If a program is canceled by Stone Barns Center, we will issue a full refund.
To cancel your program your reservation, please log in to your account at www.stonebarnscenter.org and go to the “My Tickets” section. From there you can cancel your order for a refund if it is 48 hours in advance. We can not transfer program registrations to another date. The best way to do this is to cancel your existing order and start a new order for the day you would like to visit the Center.
